The NEFF Multibuy Cashback Promotion is the offer by the Promoter of up to £500 Cashback (the “Gift”) to purchasers of NEFF appliances excluding Wine coolers, and the Dishwashers: S187C800E and S197YCX05G. Claims are valid for purchases made between 14th May and 24th June 2025 and for
which the Promoter has received a completed and valid claim 30 days after purchase and by 7th August 2025. Consumers (“the Claimant”) can register their claim when the product is purchased, however this claim will not be validated before 30 days after purchase date. The Gift will be in the form of Bank Transfer or Cheque. Claims for the Gift in the form of a Cheque will be delivered to the address provided on the online claim.
£200 cashback will be offered with a purchase of 3 qualifying NEFF built-in kitchen appliances.
£350 cashback will be offered with a purchase of 4 qualifying NEFF built-in kitchen appliances.
£500 cashback will be offered with a purchase of 5 qualifying NEFF built-in kitchen appliances.
The appliances must be purchased together from the same Retailer (participating retailers only).
No other offers can be claimed in conjunction with this NEFF Cashback Promotion.

The claim must be completed by the 21st August 2025, the promoter retains the right to reject any claims submitted after the 21st August 2025.
Claims on purchases made on Amazon and supplied by a third party will not be accepted. Only claims for products sold and distributed directly by Amazon will be accepted through Amazon purchases.
The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require Claimants to provide further verification as to proof of purchase. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to reject those claims which they believe are fraudulent or invalid.
Claimants should allow up to 3 weeks for delivery of the Cheque and 28 days for Bank Transfer from the date of the Promoter’s confirmation of claim approval.
The Claimant will provide the correct bank account details. In the event that payment is made to an incorrect bank account due to the Claimant’s submission of incorrect bank account details, the Promotor shall have no responsibility and these funds will not be retrieved.
All claim forms and copy purchase order receipts, once received by the Promoter, will become its property and will not be returned to Claimants therefore please ensure you keep a copy.
By submitting a claim, Claimants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
In the unlikely event that a Claimant is unhappy with their NEFF appliance and wishes to return it, the ‘Gift’ i.e. the Cashback will need to be returned.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the terms of this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
