Quooker Free Installation — Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – Eligibility

1.1 The Free Installation Offer is valid only when purchasing a full Quooker system consisting of both a Quooker tap and a Quooker tank (“Qualifying Purchase”).

1.2 All Qualifying Purchases must be made directly from Quooker UK via the official Quooker website (www.quooker.co.uk), by telephone, email or virtual appointment.

1.3 Purchases made through third-party retailers, kitchen studios, independent installers or other resellers are excluded from this offer. This includes any retailers or installers listed on the Quooker Find a Dealer page.

Article 2 – Scope of the Offer

2.1 The Free Installation Offer entitles the customer to one standard installation of the Qualifying Purchase by an approved Quooker engineer.

2.2 Standard installation includes fitting the Quooker system to existing, suitable plumbing and electrical connections within the kitchen.

2.3 Any additional work required to modify plumbing, electrical connections or cabinetry is not included.

Article 3 – Exclusions

3.1 This offer does not apply to the purchase of individual components, accessories or replacement parts.

3.2 The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or offer.

3.3 The offer is limited to installations within mainland United Kingdom and may be subject to geographical limitations.

Article 4 – Booking and Completion

4.1 Following a Qualifying Purchase, Quooker will contact the customer to arrange a suitable installation date.

4.2 The installation must be booked and completed within three (3) months of the purchase date.

4.3 Installation appointments are subject to availability.

Article 5 – Non-Transferability

5.1 This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any alternative benefit.

Article 6 – Changes and Withdrawal

6.1 Quooker UK reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Any such changes will not affect customers who have already made a Qualifying Purchase prior to the date of amendment or withdrawal.

Article 7 – General Provisions

7.1 These terms and conditions apply in addition to Quooker UK’s standard Terms and Conditions.
