Complete the online claim form and upload your proof of purchase and product serial number (from the settings screen, not the packaging).
Submit your claim within the claim window. Claims made after 23:59 (BST) on 31st January 2026 will not be accepted.
Rewards are paid via bank transfer within 30 days of claim validation by Samsung.
