1. Promoter

The promoter of this offer is Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited, Samsung House, 2000 Hillswood Drive, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 0RS (“the Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion runs from 00:01 (BST) on 5th November 2025 until 23:59 (BST) on 2nd December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility

Open to UK residents aged 18 or over, including the Isle of Man (but excluding the Channel Islands).
The offer applies only to individual consumers. Businesses, resellers, and organisations are not eligible.
Employees of Samsung or anyone connected with the operation of this promotion are not eligible to participate.
Only new, genuine Samsung TVs purchased from participating UK retailers (including Wellingtons Electrical) qualify.
Promotion Products received for free, as part of a giveaway, or purchased second-hand, refurbished, or ex-display are excluded.

4. Offer Details

When you purchase a qualifying Samsung TV during the Promotion Period, you can claim a cashback reward equal to the VAT paid at purchase (“the Reward”), by redemption directly with Samsung.

This cashback is funded and administered by Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited.

5. How to Claim

Purchase an eligible Samsung TV during the Promotion Period.
Within 30–60 days of purchase, visit https://samsungoffers.claims/novembercashbackUK.
Log in or register for a Samsung Account.
Complete the online claim form and upload your proof of purchase and product serial number (from the settings screen, not the packaging).
Submit your claim within the claim window. Claims made after 23:59 (BST) on 31st January 2026 will not be accepted.

Rewards are paid via bank transfer within 30 days of claim validation by Samsung.

6. Restrictions

Each household may submit up to four (4) claims (one per qualifying product).
Purchases from third-party sellers (e.g. eBay or Amazon Marketplace) or non-Samsung-approved resellers are excluded.
Claims for returned or cancelled products will be invalidated.
Samsung reserves the right to verify purchases and reject fraudulent or incomplete claims.

7. Privacy

Personal data submitted for this promotion will be processed by Samsung solely for administration of the cashback claim, in accordance with Samsung’s Privacy Policy: www.samsung.com/uk/info/privacy.html

8. General

The Promoter is not responsible for transmission errors, delayed or lost claims, or technical faults.
Rewards are subject to verification and may be withheld if the terms are not met.
Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes or costs not stated as included.
Samsung reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion where necessary, acting reasonably.
This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
