3. Only Smeg approved dealers will have access to official advertising materials.
4. This offer does not apply to graded or used products (new products only).
5. Qualifying models must be purchased on a single order.
6. Free gift(s) includes either a £50, £100, or £150 gift card to be used with Cookaway. This is not subject to change.
7. To claim the free gift, once the form has been approved an automated email will be sent to the email provided with a unique code that can be used on Cookaway’s website. This unique code will be valid for one year from 30/06/2025 - 30/06/2026.
8. This exclusive offer runs from 30/06/2025 – 28/09/2025. Claims must be submitted no later than 31/10/2025.
9. The promotion is as stated and there is no alternative available (non-transferable). Subject to availability.
10. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer. Excluding any warranty promotion that may be on.
11. To claim for the free Cookaway gift card, you must complete the online form providing a valid proof of purchase for approval.
12. To be eligible to participate in the promotion you must be a Mainland UK resident aged 18+. This excludes Northern Ireland residents.
13. This promotion is only available to end user consumers only (e.g. not to any reseller or business purchased on a trade or contract basis).
14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for forms that are lost or delayed, or which are unable to be sent due to lack of network coverage, system, software or hardware failure or for any other reason beyond its control.

The promoter reserves the right to disqualify applications it believes are acting in breach of these Terms and Conditions and reserves the right to investigate and take all reasonable action to protect itself against fraudulent claims. Any claims which they believe to be invalid and/or fraudulent will be rejected.
16. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw the promotion at any point.
