Offer:
Purchase an eligible Sony BRAVIA TV or BRAVIA Theatre product during the promotional period and claim up to £500 cashback from Sony. Cashback amounts vary by model.

Promotional Dates:

Final claim deadline: Midnight (CET) on 31st December 2026

When to claim:
Claims may only be submitted after 35 days from the purchase date. Claims submitted before this waiting period has passed will be automatically rejected.

How to claim:
Submit your claim online at www.sony.co.uk/cashback/braviaautumn2026 . A My Sony account is required. If you do not already have one, you will be prompted to create an account.

You will need:

• Your product serial number.
• A copy of your original sales receipt or invoice showing the retailer’s name, product name and purchase date.
• For TVs: a photo of the System Information screen showing the serial number and Device ID, or a photo of the rear product label showing the model number, manufacturing date and serial number.
• For soundbars: a photo of the rear or base panel of the centre speaker showing the serial number and model name.
• Valid bank details for payment.

Where the order date differs from the invoice date, Sony will use the order date to determine the purchase date. Order confirmations may be accepted in exceptional circumstances if they include an order number or reference. Handwritten receipts are accepted from independent retailers only.

Eligibility:
This is a consumer promotion for the original purchaser, aged 18 or over. Purchases by companies, organisations, institutions and resellers are excluded.

Products must be new, supplied and distributed by Sony, and purchased from an authorised Sony dealer in the UK, Republic of Ireland or Isle of Man during the promotional period. Second-hand, returned and refurbished products are excluded.

Claim limits:
Each customer may make one claim per individual model, with a maximum of two claims in total.

Cashback payment:
Please allow 28 days for payment once all claim requirements have been fulfilled. Cashback for UK purchases is paid in pounds sterling by direct transfer to a UK bank account. No alternative payment method is available.

Incomplete claims:
Sony will notify you by email if your claim is incomplete. You will have 14 calendar days to resolve the issues and provide the required valid documents.

Returns and claim verification:
Cashback cannot be claimed for a product returned for a refund. Sony may recover cashback already paid if the product is subsequently returned. Sony may request additional information to verify a claim and may reject fraudulent or non-compliant claims.

Products are subject to availability. Sony reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion in accordance with its full terms and conditions.
