TCL Milano Cortina 2026 Giveaway Campaign

Participation in the TCL Milano Cortina 2026 Giveaway Campaign (“Promotion”) is governed by these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”). By entering this Promotion, participants (“You” or “Your”) fully accept the provisions of these T&C as stated below.

The Promoter of this Promotion is TCL Electronics UK Limited (“TCL” or “Promoter”), whose office is at The Porter Building, 1 Brunel Way, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 1FQ, UK, registered under number 11255765. References to the Promoter include all associated companies involved in this Promotion.

All dates are indicated in the format: day/month/year.

1. OBJECTIVES 
TCL is organising this Promotion to promote the TCL brand and its products through social media, including Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD 
The Promotion is open for participation from 27th October 2025 (08:00) to 3rd December 2025 (23:59) inclusive (UK time).

3. ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS 

This Promotion is open to any individual who meets all of the following criteria:

• Is a non-trading natural person.

• Resides in the United Kingdom or Ireland.

• Is eighteen (18) years of age or older.

• Has purchased a TCL-branded television from a participating retailer between 27th October 2025 (08:00) and 3rd December 2025 (23:59).

Businesses and legal entities are not eligible to participate. Employees and immediate family members of TCL or associated companies are excluded. Participation is free of charge.

4. OPERATION AND MODE OF PARTICIPATION 

Participants must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:

1. Purchase a TCL-branded television (from the models listed below) from a participating retailer.

2. Upload proof of purchase (receipt) at:
   https://www.tcl.com/uk/en/winter-olympics-milano-cortina-promotion-2026

3. Select your TV screen size — for every inch, you receive one entry.
   (Example: buying a 65" TV earns 65 entries.)

4. Enter your details (name, email, mobile number, country of residence).

5. Accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

6. Submit your entry.

Each participant may submit a maximum of five (5) valid entries made within the Promotion Period.

5. SELECTION OF THE WINNERS 

Two (2) Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received. A reserve list of ten (10) alternate winners will also be drawn in case a prize cannot be awarded to the original winner.

6. PRIZES 

Each of the two (2) Winners will receive a Winter Olympics 2026 travel package for two people to attend the Milano-Cortina Olympic Games.

Each package includes:

• Return economy flights to Italy – estimated value £200 per person.

• One night hotel accommodation (pre-booked) – estimated value £260 per person.

• Tickets to two events:

  • Men’s Ice Hockey Qualification Play-Offs (17.02.26)

  • Men’s Ice Hockey Quarter Finals (18.02.26)
    Both events take place at the Milano Santa Giulia Ice Hockey Arena.

• Cash allowances towards meals, airport transfers and transport – approximately €400 per person for meals and €400 per person for transfers.

The prize is via redemption and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. COMMUNICATION TO THE WINNERS 

Winners will be contacted by email from 15th December 2025. They must accept the prize within 30 days of notification (or by 12th January 2026, whichever is later).

Failure to confirm acceptance by this date will result in forfeiture and an alternate winner being selected.

8. CANCELLATION OF THE PROMOTION AND LIABILITIES 

If unforeseen circumstances or force majeure (e.g., network failure, strikes, natural disasters, war, or similar) prevent the Promotion from being conducted as planned, TCL reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Promotion without liability.
